Every product sold of framed fine art by Still Tranquil is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, Still Tranquil does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at info@stilltranquil.com.

If for any reason your frame arrives in any condition other than perfect, we will be happy to replace the piece.

We currently accept payments on credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash on delivery. Please ensure to have the cash ready at hand if you have chosen cash on delivery and we will in touch to arrange delivery.

Please note we value your privacy and consider it of upmost importance, and we consider any personal information shared to be confidential and will only be used for the direct purposes of providing the best services to our customers (for example delivering to your home address.) Information shared on this website will never be shared to any external parties.
